Step into the wild and sometimes scandalous side of Missoula’s past during the railroad boom. This 90-minute tour dives into everyday life, crime, and chaos in the city’s railroad hotel district and around the Courthouse. You’ll discover the people and stories that gave Missoula its grit and charm.
We’ll meet at the statue of Captain John Mullan by the XXXXs at Alder and Higgins. Please arrive a few minutes early. The route is about a mile long.
Make sure to wear walking shoes, bring water, and dress for the weather!
