Description:
The Music Man (G)
The Music Man follows charismatic traveling salesman Harold Hill, who rolls into River City, Iowa, in 1912 and convinces the townspeople to buy instruments and uniforms for a boys' marching band — despite the fact that he can't actually teach music. As his scheme unfolds, Hill's plans to take the money and run are complicated when he falls for the skeptical librarian Marian Paroo and begins to genuinely care about the town and its people. Songs like 76 Trombones, Goodnight My Someone, My mite Knight, and Shipoopi.
