Community Sound Meditation
Wednesdays, 8:00–8:30 AM | Guided by Ai Yuasa-Green
As part of The Nook’s donation-based offerings, our Community Sound Meditation invites you to begin your day in harmony. Guided by Ai Yuasa-Green, this 30-minute session weaves together a variety of traditional instruments and sound healing techniques to support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Meditators of all levels are welcome to include this grounding practice as part of your weekly wellness routine.
To deepen your relaxation, The Nook offers blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats for the duration of the meditation. You’re welcome to come just as you are—or bring your own props and a water bottle for added comfort.
Donations are gratefully accepted—thank you for supporting this community offering.
