Description:
The Valley Voices Community Choir presents its Christmas concert titled Silver Bells this year at the Whitefish Performing Arts Center. The concert features familiar Christmas songs like Silver Bells and What Child is This and less familiar Christmas songs like Jingle Bell Dash and Somebody Build a Manger. The music will be performed by the whole choir of almost 100 voices, by two smaller choral ensembles, and by guest violinist Wai Mizutani and pianist Beth Brown. The concert will be directed by Allyson Kuechmann, now in her 25th year leading the choir. Local radio personality John Hendricks will emcee the concert.
Performances are Saturday, December 13 at 7 p.m. and Sunday, December 14 at 3 p.m.
Refreshments will be available during intermission. Everyone is invited to attend and admission is free.
