Description:
Sweet, sticky, spicy, and nutty, who doesn't love this Greek pastry? Creating the layers of phyllo dough can be intimidating, but the process is really not that hard. Once you learn how to work with phyllo, other dishes like spanokopita (a savory spinach and feta dish) are well within reach to impress friends and family, especially for the holidays. Expect step-by-step, hands-on instructions. All food supplies are included, and all levels are welcome. Please bring a 9 x 12 inch pan to assemble and bake your baklava at home.
