This program is comprised of a group of volunteers committed to the ongoing relationship with our Sister
City, Nagonahara, Japan. The cultural exchange program is open to all students who are at least age 13, but not
over 16, and in grades 7–11 attending school in Livingston. The Program is part of Sister Cities
International, a non-profit citizen diplomacy network creating and strengthening partnerships between the US
and other international communities in an effort to increase global cooperation at the municipal level, to promote
cultural understanding and stimulate economic development. Setup during the week, with the sale starting later in the week.
