Description:
GIFF (Geocaching International Film Festival) on Saturday 11-15-25 at Polson's Showboat Cinemas 6 from 2 pm to 4 pm. No cost, just let them know you are there to watch the geocaching movie and they will direct you to the correct screen number. There will be 68 minute movie that is made up of 20 shorts made by and of geocachers from all different countries around the world. We are celebrating 25 years of caching this year. In 2000, President Clinton allowed for the lay person to utilize satellites for their personal GPS units etc, hence the creation of this game of geocaching using the world as our "game board".
First and foremost, please remember that the Geocaching International Film Festival is an amateur film festival. These films are all made by geocachers, like you! Hopefully, these films make you laugh, think, or maybe even tear up a little. No matter how they make you feel, please think about how much time and effort these people have spent in this - and let’s celebrate them!
