The Nook at Bigfork Bay
470 Electric Avenue Bigfork, MT
Description:
As part of The Nook’s donation-based offerings, the Community Sound Meditation is guided by Ai Yuasa-Green on Wednesdays from 8am to 8:30am. By utilizing a variety of sound healing techniques and traditional instruments, this mini session is intended to help you set the tone for the week and support your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
Meditators of all levels are welcome to include Community Sound Meditation as a part of your wellness routine!
To deepen your relaxation, The Nook provides self-serve blankets, bolsters, and yoga mats for the duration of the meditation. Simply come as you are or consider bringing your own props to add to your comfort along with a water bottle to keep hydrated. Donations are kindly accepted (thank you).
We honor and respect each person’s wellness journey and are trained to hold a safe space for you.
