The Tamaracks will be in full color during Alpine Artisans Tour of the Arts October 11-12, 2025. Bask in the beauty of the valleys while driving the self-guided tour spanning from Condon through Seeley Lake and Ovando to Lincoln. Along the way are stops that feature artists demonstrating and showing their artwork.
The Tour of the Arts is an opportunity to visit the artists in their studios, meet them immersed in their passion and see them at work. Visitors will be welcomed into their artist lifestyle, learn first hand about their art, and hear their stories of creation.

This year's Tour stretches from Condon, through Seeley Lake to Ovando and Lincoln, Montana. This free, self-guided tour starts at the Swan Valley Historical Museum in Condon featuring four artists. Driving towards Seeley Lake, the tour leads you to two studios in the Swan Valley featuring live demonstrations of copper bowl creation at Swan Valley Copper, and outstanding photography at Swan Valley Images. In Seeley Lake, a local wood carver will be demonstrating at the Grizzly Claw Trading Co, and three artists will be showing at the Seeley Lake Community Foundation Building featuring watercolor, rock lamps and pine needle weaving. Obsession Pottery studio in Seeley Lake will feature live demonstrations of ceramic pottery. The local coffee shop and art gallery Seeley Station will be featuring several local artists, to be determined. Driving toward Ovando, the 35-year old Swanwoods studio in Woodworth Meadows gives a thorough tour of their hands-on process of making wooden bowls. Four artists at the Brand Bar Museum in Ovando include a nationally-recognized painter, a local jeweler, a Blackfoot Valley woodworker and lamp maker and a sculptor. Four artists are featured at Annie Allen Art Studio east of Lincoln, and a large selection of art is available at the 406 Mercantile Gallery in Lincoln. Finally, the Tour includes the incredible Blackfoot Pathways International Sculpture Garden in Lincoln.
