This is a Downhilll MTB race. One run, no prizes just high fives.
Also, TNRL XC Racing is back baby! Flathead Area Mountain Bikers will be operating 3 XC MTB races this summer July 10, July 24 and August 7. More information can be found here. Please direct all inquiries regarding the XC series to FAMB.

Week 2 (July 10)- Kashmir (Start at Tbar 2) to Upper ZZ Top to Pinball Wizard
Week 3 (July 17)- Maiden (finish end of Kansas)
Week 3 (July 24)- Kenny Loggins
Week 3 (July 31)- Kashmir to Cyndi's
Week 4 (August 7)- Riders Choice
Schedule
· 5:30 Catch the last chair and head directly to designated course
· 5:55 Competitor’s meeting
· 6:00 Start
· 7pm (or about 15 min after the last racer) -Results at Events (3915 Big Mountain Road)

-BE SURE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT DATE FOR YOUR RACE
-Pre-registration here is mandatory for anyone participating.
-Registration closes one hour before the event begins.
Price
Ummmm.... this is the $10 Downhill?! Well, it's a good question, because Eventbrite will charge a processing fee of $2.13 and there is a new 3% resort tax assessment of $.21 but the $12.34 Downhill did not have the same ring to it.
Equip/Gear
-Helmets are mandatory. Armor, pants, gloves highly recommended.
Race / Order
-Format – might be intervals based on # of competitors. 1-3 minutes.
-Order is Cat 1,2,3, Ladies first.
Starting
-Start Procedure - Countdown from 5.
-Timed Race
-One Run only
Other
-Reruns – one run only due to nature of course and needing lift access to get to start line
-There are no course marshals. Don’t cheat, this is a community race.
-If you crash or exit the course, reenter at same spot.
-Be nice to your lefties, last chair at 5:30. Also, thanks to to trail crew and bike patrol!
-Restrooms and Water only available at Summit and Village/Base Lodge areas.
