Description:
Rising country-folk artist Charles Wesley Godwin will tour Montana in 2025, performing at The ELM in Bozeman on Saturday, October 18th and The Wilma in Missoula on Sunday, October 19th. He’ll be joined by singer-songwriter Danno Simpson as support.
Godwin has quickly become one of the most respected voices in Americana, known for his rich baritone, cinematic lyrics, and emotionally resonant songwriting. His 2023 breakout album Family Ties was a deeply personal, 17-track collection that won critical acclaim and expanded his audience nationwide. He followed it with the EP Lonely Mountain Town, featuring standout tracks like “It’s the Little Things” and a cover of Jason Molina’s “Hammer Down” with Scott Avett.
With appearances on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and CBS Saturday Sessions, plus festival stops at Bonnaroo and Stagecoach, Godwin’s rise has been steady and well-earned.
