Gates open at 2:00 PM, with performances running until 11:30 PM. The festival offers a variety of food vendors, shopping opportunities, lawn games, and three bars. Attendees can also enjoy activities such as face-painting, a mechanical bull, and a photo booth. Premium ticket holders will receive a hat giveaway presented by Double H Custom Hat Company.
For an exclusive experience, VIP Sapphire Table Packages are available, offering premium seating for up to eight guests, access to a private bar, exclusive food and wine offerings, VIP parking, private restrooms, and a dedicated entrance.
The festival coincides with the Yellowstone Darby Xtreme Bareback Rodeo, taking place on June 7 and 8, 2025, at the same venue. This event is renowned as the world's richest single bareback riding event, offering a prize pot exceeding $100,000.
