Description:
The concert begins with Berlioz's captivating Symphonie Fantastique, followed by Dukas' beloved Sorcerer's Apprentice, famously featured in Walt Disney's Fantasia. Cuban-American cellist, Tommy Mesa, will perform with the Glacier Symphony Orchestra to deliver this night of magic. His talents will particularly shine when performing the Saint-Saens Cello Concerto No. 1 in A minor. Each of these pieces from France are recognized as revolutionary for their originality, innovative storytelling, and extraordinary sounds.
