Great Falls Development Alliance (GFDA) is a community economic development partnership committed to growing diverse opportunities that enhance quality of life across North Central Montana. GFDA serves the Great Falls trade area, encompassing Cascade County and a 13-county rural and tribal region covering 44,000 square miles. As a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization and certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), GFDA provides gap and bridge financing, business development and advising services that help entrepreneurs launch new ventures, support business expansion and empower communities to thrive. GFDA also operates a regional Small Business Development Center, a regional APEX Accelerator, a regional Montana Food & Ag Development Center and a Brownfields Redevelopment Program.
