things to do outdoors
If you haven’t heard of this Montana favorite, it’s time to get your folf on. Frisbee golf, folf or disc golf is a popular pastime around these parts, using the rules of golf to fling discs into posts or baskets around a course instead of holes on a green. With wooded and mountainous folf courses throughout Glacier Country, it’s a pretty fun and unique way to play outside, especially with friends and family.
If you’ve never played before, or you didn’t pack your discs, no worries. Contact the local (and very friendly) Parks & Recreation department, and they’ll let you use a disc and even give you some pointers.
