Where:
3915 Big Mountain Rd Whitefish, MT
Description:
Come join us for the always fabulous Lady Power Park hour, a ladies only*, non-competitive, introductory level slopestyle event here at Whitefish Mountain Resort. This will be open to all skill levels, from first timers to those with years of experience. Our goal is to build confidence and community for ladies in the terrain park.
The park will be designed by women and the event will be run by women in an effort to make it a comfortable and supportive environment. Grab your friends, some glitter, and a fun costume… and meet us at the Depot on Saturday, January 18th. Who doesn’t love shredding with a crew of ladies?
Still on the fence??? This event will be more FUN and hype than competitive. Our prize structure is not the classic podium style (with a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place). Instead, we will be awarding skills such as the following:
Best Trick
Biggest Air
Best Wipeout
Best Costume
Most Attempts
Most Improved
Prizes are all donated by women-owned, run, or founded companies. If we reach a certain level of participation, we will divide participants into separate categories.
