Join us for the 2nd annual Women’s Wellness Retreat Day at Sleeping Child Hot Springs! Let’s celebrate each other as we pamper ourselves. Choose from individual and group experiences like: restore and balance with Sound, tap into healing with Reiki, enjoy a Massage, connect with yourself through Somatic Experiencing, learn about and experience Internal Family Systems or Hypnotherapy, release with Guided Meditation and Heartfulness, do Yoga or Pilates, learn Pelvic Health practices, liberate yourself with a Writing and Dance workshop, experience Breathe Work, express yourself with Art, dip into the Hot Springs, go for a Walk, soak up some rays in the Solarium, Relax, and enjoy a day just for You! The Morning Smoothie Bar, Lunchtime Salad Bar, and Light Evening Meal Buffet will nourish your body and liven your palette! Bring a yoga mat and a blanket, swimsuit and towels, comfortable clothing, slippers or warm socks, a notebook or journal and a pen, the book you're reading,... heck you can even bring your bathrobe! Come ready to be comfortable and connected to YOU. The Retreat is all day, from 10AM-7:00PM, but feel free to arrive or depart on your own schedule.
