For this 5 course pairing dinner, Chef Melissa Mangold is bringing us the diverse and flavorful cuisine of Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos. Prepare for a tasting tour of the Indochina region, featuring sweet, savory, and everything in between.

To accompany each course, Glacier Distilling Company will be serving up specialty cocktails thoughtfully paired for each dish. That's 5 delicious drinks to span the course of your evening.

Seating arrangements are first come, first claimed. We encourage community and socializing by preparing 4 large tables for all guests to arrange themselves as they wish!

Cancellation Policy: Requests for cancellation up to 48 hours in advance will be honored with a full refund. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of date of event will be subject to forfeiture.
