Description:
Neo-acoustic quartet, Big Richard, will bring their Girl Dinner Tour to Montana in 2025, performing at The Wilma in Missoula on Friday, March 14th, and The ELM in Bozeman on Saturday, March 15th.
Formed in 2021, Big Richard quickly rose to prominence with their electrifying live performances and fresh take on bluegrass. Known for their all-female lineup, a rarity in the jam-oriented bluegrass scene, the group brings a unique and refreshing perspective to the genre. Their witty stage presence and engaging banter only add to their appeal, making them one of the most exciting new acts in bluegrass today.
The band’s rapid rise has not gone unnoticed. Big Richard has been added to the lineups of prestigious festivals like Strings ‘n Sol and the Telluride Bluegrass Festival—both known for selecting top-tier talent. In 2022, they won the Colorado Sound’s “On the Rise” award, further cementing their status as a bluegrass band to watch.
Big Richard is gearing up for the release of their debut studio album, Girl Dinner, set to drop on January 24th. Fans were just treated to a preview of the record with the release of their latest single, “Town Line.” Earlier this year, they released another single, “The Missing Stair.”
