Classic rock tribute ensemble Classic Albums Live will return to Montana in 2024, performing David Bowie’s legendary album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars. They’ll first play at The Wilma in Missoula on Saturday, October 19th followed by The ELM in Bozeman on Sunday, October 20th. To provide an extra relaxing experience, these will be fully seated concerts.
For over 20 years, Classic Albums Live (CAL) have toured across the country paying tribute to classic rock greats. Dedicated to delivering performances with “note for note, cut for cut’ accuracy,” CAL will treat fans to a night of wonderful nostalgia when they play The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars in its entirety, including timeless hits like “Starman,” “Moonage Daydream,” and “Suffragette City.”
Originally released in 1972 and often considered one of Bowie’s best works, Ziggy Stardust was selected for preservation in the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress, being deemed “culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant”.
