Join Land to Hand MT for this free, educational & family-friendly event about community food systems at FVCC’s Arts and Technology building in Kalispell, MT! Free The Seeds returns for the 9th year on Saturday, March 2, featuring interactive workshops, activities, a seed giveaway, and more. The theme for 2024 is Tiny Seeds, Big Impact!
This is a FREE community-powered event that encourages people to build a sustainable and resilient future through real seeds, real food, and real skills. The annual daylong fair headlines with a giant free seed giveaway in addition to 30+ booths, 20+ skill-building workshops (4 of them kid specific), and 2 rooms full of day-long activities about seeds and up-cycling materials. Every aspect of the event emphasizes the importance of a strong local food system and each attendee’s role in it.
Food and beverages available for purchase from Vibrant Roots and local food trucks. No registration required for attending in person.
