We are pleased to welcome you to The Event at Rebecca Farm! The Event began in 2002 and quickly grew into one of the largest equestrian triathlon competitions in North America with over 600 entries across 5 days of competition. It serves as an Olympic qualifier and is one of only a few U.S. competitions where athletes compete at the International 4-star long level, the second highest level of competition in the world. You don’t have to fully understand the sport of eventing to appreciate the incredible athletes and spectacular horses! The safety of everyone on the grounds is paramount to a successful event, so please review the guidelines below for spectating.

Admission is free to the public. In addition to the exciting equestrian competition, spectators can enjoy scenic vistas, warm Montana hospitality and the Shopping Fair & Festival area with a food and beverage court, craft and retail vendors and the popular Kid Zone.

Originally titled “Militaire,” the sport of eventing started as a way to test military horses, showcasing what it took to be a great horse on and off the battlefield. Competition has three elements: dressage, cross country and show jumping.
