Beat the winter doldrums by participating in the Heart Throb 5k, fueled by love!

Join us on Saturday, February 17th at 10:00 AM for the Heart Throb 5K and show your support for love! -- Wear anything red/rainbow from a small accessory or a full head to toe outfit - and you could win a prize for best dressed! Group outfits encouraged!

Bring your bib to Cambie Taphouse in the Old Sawmill District after the race for $1 off a beverage!
RWM Members receive a $3.00 discount towards registration!

A portion of this year’s race proceeds will go to The Center. The Center is an open, affirming environment for peoples of all sexual orientations and gender identity expressions. The Center fosters safe, inclusive, and welcoming spaces for community members to focus on identity development, self-care, empowerment, leadership development, and overall wellness.
This will be a great day to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and individual expression of truth. Let’s get together and embrace that LOVE IS LOVE!
