The Historic Tamarack Lodge & Cabins—a AAA Diamond Member—is situated in a spectacularly scenic valley of Montana’s Rocky Mountains. You’ll find outstanding hospitality, clean, comfortable and private Glacier National Park cabins and lodge rooms, and affordable lodging rates.

Located in the heart of Bad Rock Canyon just minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park, the Historic Tamarack Lodge & Cabins is also within easy reach of Flathead National Forest recreation, as well as Bigfork, Flathead Lake, Lakeside, Kalispell, Whitefish and West Glacier.

Choose from 22 private cabins and four lodge rooms with attached baths. The Main Lodge—originally built in 1907 and updated in 2003—provides classic ambiance with modern amenities and 3,400 square feet of rustic charm, and boasts its original, over-sized, natural stone fireplace and lodgepole pine architecture. The espresso bar serves specialty coffee and the saloon serves beer, wine and spirits for on-site and off-premises consumption. Enjoy the saloon for pre-dinner drinks and Taco Loco in the lodge for delicious food, and take home that perfect souvenir of your stay from the gift shop.

With Montana's Rocky Mountains as your backdrop, the Historic Tamarack Lodge & Cabins provides the perfect setting for your next family vacation, corporate retreat or weekend getaway.
