Cafe Kandahar is located at the Whitefish Mountain Resort near Whitefish, Montana. This upscale fine dining restaurant provides a unique setting with an innovative menu and an award winning wine list garnering the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and the Wine Enthusiast Award of Unique Distinction.

Cafe Kandahar serves thoughtfully created cuisine, inspired by classic and modern influences. Executive chef/owner Andy Blanton is a graduate of the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana in Baton Rouge. Andy was fortunate to work for two James Beard Award winning restaurants in New Orleans, Commanders Palace and Frank Brigtsen's. In February 2010, Chef Andy was named a James Beard semi-finalist as "Best Chef" in the Northwest.
