MEET IN MONTANA

Free Meeting Perks in Montana

When we say FREE meeting perks, that’s exactly what we mean. When you plan your next meeting in Western Montana’s Glacier Country, here are just a few things meeting planners or attendees will get for FREE. Let’s begin with free hotel shuttles from our two regional airports, Missoula International (MSO) and Glacier Park International (FCA) in Kalispell. Most hotels offer free shuttles into town as well. Parking is free at all of our convention hotels, along with free Wi-Fi in guest rooms and conference spaces. Stay connected with free business center access. Stay healthy with free fitness center, pool and hot tub access. Montana does not have a sales tax on purchases or on food and beverage minimums. It’s not quite FREE, but at a low 7%, Montana’s lodging tax is much lower than neighboring states (10% in Whitefish including their resort tax). Fall Meeting Planner Recap

Last fall, Western Montana’s Glacier Country welcomed four meeting planners on a hosted familiarization tour. During their time in Western Montana, they toured our three anchor cities of Missoula, Kalispell and Whitefish, where they were greeted with jaw-dropping views—that included Glacier National Park—fresh Rocky Mountain air, unexpected culinary delights, premiere meeting venues and lodging properties. For a full recap of the FAM tour, check out our business-to-business blog, or, for more meeting information, watch our video on YouTube.
