Mastering Marks For Adults & Teens
Jun 23rd, 2018

Where:

Missoula Art Museum
,

Description:

Participants will learn the basics of landscape drawing by venturing into Missoula lovely outdoor hotspots such as Greenough Park and Hellgate Canyon. If the class is more adventurous, drawing trips can be taken to other settings, some that stretch the idea of landscape, such as the railroad yard and the old Frenchtown Mill. Regardless of where the drawing actually happens, you will be versed in a variety of drawing techniques using graphite, charcoal, ink, and conté crayons in order to create stunning naturalistic and abstracted depictions of our fantastic natural and not-so-natural surroundings. A supply list will be emailed when you register. Saturdays, June 16 and 23, for adults and teens.
